Stunning villa located in the exclusive area of Cala Jondal next to Es Cubells.
Surrounded by almost 200 acres of protected natural forest, it boasts amazing views to the sea and spectacular sunsets over the mountains. By night, the villa provides a soothing and calm atmosphere making it one of Ibizas most attractive and ambient villaThe villa can sleep a maximum of 12 Adults plus 2 (small)kids (with 2 extra beds added to one of the 6 bedrooms)
At no point can there be more than 12+2 people sleeping overnight in the villa. At no point can there be more than 28 people (Adults and kids) in the villa during day time or evenings.
All bookings goes Saturday from 17.00 to Saturday at 10.00 – unless explicitly agreed in writing and explicitly agreed by owner in email.
Linen change one time a week and towels changed 2 times per week
The hot pool is by default set at minimum 28 Degrees if higher degrees are wished for this can be requested to the staff and the oil heater can be switched on. This cost 5 Euros per running hour for oil heating which is paid along side payment for the fixed tipping, food and other shoppings requested.
Rules regarding noise: It is not permitted to put up additional sound system on the premises. Only house system is allowed in villa. Absolutely no party or after party or noisy BBQ’s or Day party is permitted on the property. After 12 midnight we permit only sound level of normal conversation outside. All deposit will be lost immediately and guest will be asked to leave the property immediately – with no warning or notice if these conditions are not fully met and followed.
The secret garden has now a bungalow with two additional staff bed rooms and shared bath (rooms for PA’s, Nannys, chefs, client staff etc ) can be rented for additionally 3000 Euro per week on request. This brings the house occupancy to a 6 suites plus 2 additional beds in the Secret garden Bungalow suite. The secret garden is a separate garden. When Secreet garden is not rented out these rooms and the secret garden is closed for clients use and will be used by Akasha Heritage staff, owner etc.
Please note: In Akasha Heritage we have the secret garden, cabin for storage, a tent camp, garden and a staff quarter and rooms for tools and laundry behind the parking area. Guests will not have access to this area. Staff and owners can access and stay in this area which is separated from main villa. This area has separate private access and parking and will not disturb clients use of house.
The Yoga and Meditation hot pool is amazing and working beautifully well with the house. You come from a warm hot and dry floor heated house, slide into 40 degree Celsius hot saltwater, with underwater music and sounds of rainforest… lying there in nature its beautiful.
Then you dive into the 18 meter lane pool and cool down and do a couple of lanes and then back into the 40 degree hot water while you are being served minttea from the house staff… The whole pool and house is certainly a beautiful warm and cosy experience now all year around.
The pool is 16 Square meeter and can be used for hot water meditation, water treatments, rebirthing or just hanging, chilling with your friends, kids or your lover….
